SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Yes! As our garments are made to order we currently only offer exchange or store credit. We strongly recommend looking at the size charts under the description on individual items to avoid returns.

If you need to return or exchange an item please send an email to returns@jusgudi.com.au and we will be in contact with you. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving.

We ship with Australia post and provide tracking numbers for each order. All orders will be shipped out from Brookvale, NSW, AUSTRALIA.

Shipping usually takes between 2-7 business days to most areas in Australia, and 10-15 business days to most international destinations.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping and delivery or any damage occurring during transit.

Although we cannot predict exact delivery times for an approximate on how long shipping will take to your area check out https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/

ABSOLUTELY! Shipping to NZ is a flat rate of $15 and everywhere else internationally is a flat rate of $40. We will provide a tracking number.

For countries that charge customs duty and tax for products purchased overseas, it is up to the buyer to cover those costs.

A handy way to calculate what these will be is through this Duty Calculator.

Contact us ASAP at orders@jusgudi.com.au. If your order has already been sent unfortunately there is nothing we can do until it is returned to us.

Most likely! As we use deadstock fabric, once it has run out we unfortunately cannot get anymore! However, we will then take this off the website. If an item is still on the website but is out of stock it is because we are screen printing more fabric. Feel free to send an email to hello@jusgudi.com.au or shoot us a DM on instagram and we can let you know the status of a particular design!

PRODUCTION

All our garments are 100% designed, produced and constructed by the 2 owners of Jus Gudi, Jehna and Sophia, right here in Sydney Australia.

All Jus Gudi garments are cut out and constructed to order so please allow a minimum of 1 week for your garments to be handmade! As a small team of just 2 people please allow up to 3 weeks during peak periods for garments to be made. On average we will be able to make the garments within 1-8 days of ordering.

You can sure try! If you need a garment asap or by a specific date please shoot us an email at hello@jusgudi.com.au and we will see what we can do for you!

Nope! All our fabrics are 100% screenprinted by hand by us with eco-friendly water based inks. Screenprinting is a printing technique where ink is pulled through a stenciled mesh screen, transferring colour onto fabric.

Do not stress! Some of our fabrics are printed with super cover, meaning the ink sits on top of the fabric. This is the ink we have to use when printing a light colour on a darker fabric. For larger surface area prints such as our MINGO print this means the fabric can feel a bit stiff or rubbery. This will wear off as the garment is worn and washed!

They sure are! To extend the garments life make sure you machine wash them inside out on cool, gentle settings or hand wash them using gentle detergents.

Make sure you iron inside out and not directly on screenprinted areas.

Due to the nature of screenprinting meterage, each garment will have a different print placement, so will likely not match the pictures placement. Since we hand cut these we can ensure each print placement is as amazing as the last and is 100% unique!

SUSTAINABILITY

As a small business that focuses on sustainability and uses deadstock fabric, having garments that are made to order allows us to create the least waste possible and make sure we use every bit of our deadstock! We pre screen print all our fabrics so all that’s left post order is to cut out and construct the garments. Made to order allows us to not stock too many or too little in any one size and ensures any size can order at any time.

SURE IS! All our papers including our swing tag, thankyou card AND stickers are printed sustainably on recycled materials.

We send all our orders out in compostable (and biodegradable) mailers! NO PLASTIC HERE!

Yep! All our fabrics are 100% deadstock, meaning they are excess saved from landfill. We also try to use close to 100% natural fibres to ensure these garments will biodegrade over time and not create micropalstics.
